We currently provide both CDMC and health and safety management services to TfL Facilities for the maintenance and refurbishment properties both in non-track and track locations.
We have worked on projects such as the new Upminster Station Train Crew Accommodation, refurbishment at Baker Street. Our consultants have a good working knowledge of railway safety standards and the application of QUENSH condition.

Bupa was established more than 60 years ago in the UK and is now an international healthcare company with customers in 200 countries. It is one of the UK's largest insurers and has a trusted medical brand.

For the last 12 months we have acted as health and safety consultants for the McGrath Group. The McGrath Brothers have been employed to design and build al of the Architectural metalwork for the platform extension project on the DLR. This includes the construction of platform canopies and staircases. Our service involved providing a site inspection service, report writing and liaison with the Taylor Woodrows Site Safety Team.
Our consultants have the Track Awareness certification and have passed the Network Rail Medical examination.

Haig Homes currently own and maintain a number of properties within the UK, We are performing the role of CDMC on a number of projects for Haig Homes, these involve internal and external repairs to buildings, and minor builders work. The projects are usually conducted within an occupied building and are extremely short in programme duration.
Haig Homes is the leading UK provider of rental housing for ex-Service people.
HHaig Homes has over 1,300 properties situated on small well managed estates ranging in size from about six houses up to the largest estate in Morden of over 270 homes. The properties, a mix of family-sized houses, maisonettes and flats, are spread throughout the United Kingdom in 47 different local authorities.

We currently provide Johan Collins
with ad-hoc health and safety advice for a number of
projects within London. These include a 4 storey Grade
II listed builing being converted into student accommodation.
Our involvement is assisting with tender documentation,
production of method statement and risk assessments
and assessing sub-contractor competency.
We acted as CDMCs on the formation of an Auditorium and new Library Space together with associated alteration and refurbishment on the Ground Floor and the refurbishment of the existing Conference Areas on the Lower Ground and Second Floors of the premises. The building was still operational during the course of the project, this project value was approximately £4 million, and was completed in August 2009.
