BREEAM Assessors & Cost Evaluation
Our consultants have recently been accredited to conduct BREEAM assessments for offices, retail and industrial and warehouse schemes.
With sustainability in building an ever growing consideration and the fact that it's recognised throughout the UK and all over the world, we felt that our clients would benefit from our knowledge of the BREEAM assessment process. In addition to that we now offer this service to new clients wishing to gain a BREEAM accreditation for;
- an existing office space
- a potential new premises
- new build office and industrial premises
We see BREEAM as an essential part of the construction process and have encouraged our existing clients to look at the BREEAM model for projects going forward. Our BREEAM assessors can tell you how environmentally efficient your proposed or existing office is, or could be. We’ll tell you the cost of what a sustainable fit out might cost , and how much it will cost to run, year after year. Either the office you’re in, or any other offices you’re considering moving into or building.
We can help you to work out what type of BREEAM rating to go for and how much it will cost to get it. We'll manage the process from start to finsih and ensure that both the BREEAM and cost requirements are met.
Our BREEAM assessors work in partnership with our in house Quantity Surveyors to offer this first class service. Typically you'll work towards BREEAM with no thorough understanding of the cost implications. BREEAM doesn't have to be expensive particularly if it's addressed at an early stage in the relocation of design process. We have substantial knowledge in building techniques and the sourcing of suitable materials to adequately assist you in gaining the BREEAM rating you require.
