A CDM Coordinator is an appointment that is made under the current CDM regs, a CDM Coordinator is required for the following projects;

• Construction works lasting longer than 30 days
• Construction works with more than 500 man days.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 place specific legal duties on all the main parties including the Client involved in construction projects.
The aim of the regulations is to ensure that health and safety issues are considered at all stages of a project.
