Cat B fit-out works to include the following;

Mechanical alterations throughout including new fan coil units and AHU plant on the existing roof.

Electrical alterations to include an LV sub mains power installation. Lighting installation including cabling containment etc. IT and AV containment. Security system containment and fire alarm modifications.

General builders work and joinery including a new Deli area with servery. Redecoration throughout the 5th floor.

Infrastructure works to both the roof and basement including a new generator.
