Project:

Office fit-out of existing Block – T  building, Truman Brewery to a necessary office standard over two floors, (7450 sq ft) existing. Including an additional 3000sq ft of mezzanine floor space to give a total floor space of 10,550 sq ft.

Minor demolition works involving the removal of existing WCs and partitioning. Erection of partitioning, new lighting, and decorations.

The works also involve reusing the existing central plant.
